Roles

MarsBase acts as a deal originator and community: it introduces buyers and sellers of illiquid web3 positions and provides indicative pricing. MarsBase does not hold client assets, operate an exchange, or provide investment, legal or tax advice.

Asset Haus is the structuring and platform partner. It is a technology and infrastructure provider and is not an issuer, broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, funding portal or investment adviser. Licensed counsel and regulated partners perform the roles that require a licence.

No offer

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or token. Transactions described in case studies were available only to eligible investors who completed KYC/KYB and satisfied the eligibility rules of the relevant structure. Past deal figures are historical and are not a promise of future results.

Eligibility

Participation is limited to accredited or professional investors, funds, syndicates, family offices and brokers who pass KYC/KYB. Retail investors are not served. Transfers of SAFTs, SAFEs, warrants and similar instruments require the consents their documents specify; no transfer is executed without them.

The GitBook documentation linked from this site describes the 2022–2024 MarsBase applications and is kept as a historical reference only.

Privacy

The deal form collects the details you enter and sends them by email to the MarsBase and Asset Haus team so we can respond. We do not sell or share this information and do not run automated marketing sequences. This site does not use advertising trackers. Write to deals@marsbase.xyz to have a submission deleted.
